with shaped and raised scroll rim and shaded flowers on a stippled ground, the front with a blue sunflower within blue star trellis on white ground, turquoise bead borders, 84 standard

Condition

The enamel with areas of professional restoration throughout, notably three sections of the trellis, the front central surmount and sections of the shaded scrolling flowers.
