Condition
Overall measurements: 136cm across the top, 134cm across the bottom, 195cm the left side, 195cm the right side.
Pile 3mm in areas including foliage and floral details, otherwise generally 2mm and lower and down to knotbars in some areas especially areas of cream pile, i.e. bottom left corner and also in pictorial vignettes in top left and right corners. Woven in opposite direction of orientation. Oxidisation in areas.Original flatweave knotted fringe lower edge, fringing overlocked and backed with hessian support and hoops for hanging across top edge.
