The full sheet, printed to the edges, generally in good condition, occasional crescent-shaped handling creases in the subject (some broken through very slightly), a short hairline scratch at upper right, a faint scuff mark extending from the subject's right eye to the hair, further light scuff marks and occasional soft handling creases in the yellow and pink background, a minute circular inconsistency in the black to the left of the subject's eye (possibly touched-in), fine Japan fibres in the black ink also in this area are visible upon close inspection, a surface abrasion in the pink at lower left with minor pigment loss (possibly inherent to production), the sheet edges with occasional minor nicks and tears (the largest tear measures 1.5cm at upper left), creases at the sheet corners with associated pigment loss, light surface soiling, the pink and yellow background slightly mottled, the verso with pale backboard-staining, a label affixed to the verso above the numbering, unframed.
