Condition

This print, trimmed to the image and on sturdy double-weight paper with a surface sheen, is in generally very good condition. In raking light, the following are visible: small deposits of original retouching; a linear impression in the lower right quadrant; and a few small handling creases in the upper portion. Some extremely faint silvering is visible in the darkest areas of the image. There are sharp creases which break the emulsion across 3 of the corners, and there is some intermittent edge-chipping. The reverse is faintly soiled, and there are a few surface abrasions.
