This photograph, on double-weight paper with a faint surface sheen, is in generally excellent condition. Upon close examination, a tiny deposit of original retouching that appears to have turned a blueish color with age is visible in the area of the sitter's skirt. The print is trimmed to the image, and the tips of the corners are worn. There is some edge rippling. On the reverse of the print, there are 2 small cloth hinge remnants along the upper edge. When examined under ultraviolet light, this print appears to fluoresce.
