Condition

The copper support is flat and stable. The paint surface is stable with a clear varnish - the picture appears to be in excellent original condition with no visible damages. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals one small horizontal restored damage at the left margin, half way up the tree, measuring 3/4 inch, and a handful of tiny retouchings in the sky, but otherwise very little intervention. This lot is offered in a carved gilt wood frame in good condition.
