Condition
Overall the condition of the bronze is good, with dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age, with dust throughout. A few stable original casting joints and plugs are visible, including at the proper right upper arm and the proper left thigh. There are a few casting patches and minor lacunae, including at the proper right elbow. There is some staining to the patina in several areas. There is minor rubbing to the patina, including to the tip of the nose. There are several minor nicks and scratches.
The base is in good condition with some wear, including minor chips to the edges. The marble is applied in veneer and stable joints are slightly visible.
