- Pottery
elaborately modelled of quatrefoil urn shape form applied with two high water satyr figural handles, upon a separate base with four satyr mask terminal scroll feet with a turquoise ground highlighted in puce, green and ochre, impressed MINTONS, date code for 1889, shape number 615, letters C S to base section, overall height 58.4cm., 23 in. high, together with a Sarreguemines majolica centrepiece of circular form resting on three lion mask and paw pedestal feet upon a three sided shaped base, with a brown treacle glaze highlighted with green and ochre with a turquoise interior, impressed MAJOLICA, SARREGUEMINES, shape number 1060, letter T, 45cm., 17 3/4 in. diam., 27.4cm., 10 3/4 in. high

Condition
Minton centepiece- Chip to ear of one satyr handle. Each satyr with chips to the bottom of blue robe. Shallow chip to inner rim of centrepiece, approx. 1.5cm. by 1cm.
Sarreguemines centrepiece- jaw of one lion head is lacking.
