Condition

In overall good conserved condition. There have been some restorations and minor replacements and patches to the veneer. The feet have been strengthened at the back and the rear feet are possibly later replacements. Evidence of old minor worm which appears to be no longer active. The top is more faded than the rest and would benefit from a repolish according to taste. The coat of arms has a vertical hairline construction crack as visible from the catalogue photograph which can easily be filled. There are some very minor losses to the panelling on the top which are hardly noticeable and commensurate with age.
