Condition

The construction appears sound and all the elements appear securely attached. There are signs of loss, rubbing, discolouration, staining and wear to the found elements, which appear consistent with the Artist's materials. There is some fraying and lifting to the fabrics in places. There are some areas of loss to the plaster and oil in places. There is some surface dirt and studio detritus to the work. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in good overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals pigments and areas of florescence in keeping with the artist's materials. The work is unframed.
