Condition
Original canvas. Not examined out of the frame. The canvas undulates slightly in places, but otherwise appears sound. The central fabric collage element is lifting very slightly in places, but otherwise appears sound. There is some extremely minor rubbing around the extreme outer edges of the canvas. There is some craquelure to the white pigment around the edges of the collage element, with some small flecks of associated loss. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in excellent overall condition.
Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals some areas of fluorescence believed to be in keeping with the Artist's materials.
The work is presented in a simple painted wooden frame held under glass.
