Condition
Original canvas. The canvas is sound. There is an area of uneveness to the canvas in the lower left quadrant. There is a small flake of loss to one of the impasto elements in the upper left quadrant and there are scattered small isolated areas of fine craquelure in places. There is a light layer of surface dirt to the work. Subject to the above the work is in very good overall condition with strong areas of impasto.
Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of restoration or retouching.
