Condition
The image is too bright. The bronze mounts are tarnished with traces of oxidation. The gallery on the top needs to be re-fixed properly. One capital on the upper right side is damaged. Some bronze elements near the dial are missing. Old restorations and cracks to the tortoiseshell. One ebony moulding is missing.
Dial has damage to IX and enamel signature plaques. The enamel central plaque is probably replaced. Movement is complete but needs a clean, 19th century conversion to escapement and suspension. With pendulum, winder and case key.
