Set with an oval amethyst within a frame of brilliant-cut diamonds, the bangle set with cabochon moonstones, signed MdV, inner circumference approximately 155mm, numbered, Italian assay and maker's marks.
Condition
Signed MdV for Michele della Valle, numbered 100762. Italian maker's marks. Italian assay marks for 18 carat gold, mounted in white gold. Amethyst purple of medium strong saturation, with very good transparency, clean to the naked eye, stated to weigh 138.70 carats. Cabochon moonstones well matched in colour, with blue aventurescence, stated to weigh a total of 77.60 carats. Diamond bright and lively. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 110 grams.
