Comprising: a necklace of foliate design set with circular-cut aquamarines, suspending a detachable pendant which can be worn as a brooch, set with a step-cut aquamarine within a frame of tapered baguette stones and a tassel of foliate design set with circular-cut aquamarines, length approximately 320mm, French assay and maker's marks; and a pair of ear clips, unsigned, French assay marks.
Condition
Accompanied by a certificate from Françoise Cailles.
French maker's mark for René Boivin on the pendant, French assay marks for 18 carat gold, mounted in yellow gold. Aquamarines well matched in colour, the largest step-cut aquamarine measuring approximately 27.42 x 21.55 x 14.56 and calculated to weigh approximately 58.50 carats, greenish blue, with very good transparency, clean to the naked eye. Pendant detachable, may be worn as a brooch, brooch fitting. Signs of normal wear and tarnish to the metal. In good condition.
