Of bombé design, set with numerous cabochon turquoise, decorated with circular-cut sapphires and diamonds weighing approximately 19.65 and 1.15 carats in total respectively, mounted in 18 karat yellow gold, signed Cartier Paris France and numbered, case stamped Cartier.
Condition
Accompanied by a Cartier certificate of authenticity.
Signed Cartier Paris FRANCE and numbered HSA530 and 01554, with French maker's marks and French assay marks for gold and platinum, stamped 750 for 18 karat yellow gold. Sapphires blue of medium strong to strong saturation, with minor typical inclusions, moderate abrasions and some nicks. Turquoise are mainly light blue colour, a few are greenish blue colour, some show slightly yellowish aged wax coating, some with evidence of dye colour residues, some with traces of typical matrix but majority are not noticeable to the naked eye, a few are chipped at the edge, and a few with minor scratches and nicks on the surface. Diamonds are about H-I colour, SI-I clarity, as graded in the mounting. Signs of very minor wear to the metal, in very good condition. Case stamped Cartier.
