Original canvas. There are a few small signs of light frame abrasion visible to the extreme edges upon very close inspection. There are a couple of tiny losses to one or two of the raised tips of thicker impasto, again, only visible upon very close inspection, with some further traces of light surface dirt and studio detritus. This excepting the work appears in excellent overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching. Housed in a thick painted wooden frame.
