Condition

The sheet is not laid down. The sheet is folded in half down the centre, with small associated tears at the top and bottom edge, and further associated smaller soft creases. There are pin holes visible in the top corners, and handling marks visible to the sheet, owing to the nature of the artist's technique. There is surface dirt and staining to the sheet, including, but not limited to a watermark in the bottom left edge, with further traces visible throughout, again in keeping with the nature of the artist and the work. There are a few scattered spots of light foxing visible. Unframed. Please contact the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
