Condition
The work has been executed on a sheet of paper from the Seaburn Hotel, Sunderland. The sheet is attached to the mount with two hinged tabs along the upper horizontal edge. The sheet undulates very slightly and is slightly upturned at each of the lower edges. There is a faint crease in the lower left quadrant. There is some time staining to the sheet, most apparent when viewed out of the frame. There is an area in each of the upper corners where the sheet is slightly lighter, which correspond to two previous mounting tabs. There are one or two tiny spots of foxing, only visible upon very close inspection. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.
The work is window mounted and presented in a simple gilt wooden frame, held under glass.
