Unexamined out of the frame. The sheet has been laid down on card. There is a perforated upper edge, and the other edges of the sheet have been cut unevenly, with slight deckling. The collage element in the right of the composition is lifting in one place and has a small tear to the left edge, and the collage element in the bottom of the composition is lifting slightly at two corners and has a light crease. There is craquelure to some of the thicker elements of gouache and there are a few associated specks of loss. There are traces of surface dirt and studio detritus, as well as some old glue staining in the top left corner. Subject to the above the work is in good overall condition.
The work is floated within a window mount and held within a simple painted wooden frame under glass.
