Condition
Original canvas. There is slight undulation in the extreme top right corner, with pin holes visible in the lower and upper left corners.
There are frame abrasions visible to the extreme edges, with three or four tiny flecks of very minor loss to the sky. There is craquelure and reticulation with some very tiny spots of minor lifting to the top centre, centre and lower half of the composition, but this excepting the work appears in good overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.
Housed in a gilt wooden frame.
