Condition
The sheet is fully laid down onto a backing card. The backing card is bowed. The backing card is slightly smaller than the sheet and as a result the sheet is slightly folded over the card around the edges, and this has resulted in some creases and one or two small tears, most apparent along the upper horizontal edge. There is also a small loss to the paper at the upper horizontal edge. There is some discolouration to the sheet, most apparent around the edges. There are some small scattered areas of lifting and loss, mainly to a few isolated spots in the tops of the building. There is some light surface dirt across the work, and one or two possible scattered specks of foxing, only visible upon very close inspection.
The work is presented in a simple wooden frame, held under glass.
