Exhibited
London, Royal Academy, British Art in the Twentieth Century, 15th January - 5th April 1987, cat. no.276, illustrated.
Condition
Original canvas. The canvas appears sound. There is a small spot where the canvas fabric has frayed slightly, towards the lower left vertical edge. There are slight stretcher marks visible around the edges in places. There is evidence of some rubbing around the extreme edges of the canvas, and there is some light surface dirt and matter in places. There is a light diagonal scuff towards the upper right horizontal edge. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in good overall condition.
The work is unframed.
