Condition
The elements of the work appear sound and securely attached. There are some very fine lines of craquelure apparent to some of the more impasto areas of paint, only visible upon extremely close inspection. There is some light surface dirt in places. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.
The work is float mounted and presented in a simple wooden frame with painted backing board.
