FIRST EDITION, 2 volumes,  8vo (199 x 128mm.), half titles, frontispieces and 11 plates, 2 folding maps, 2pp. adverts at end of volume 1, original decorated pale blue cloth, ruled in gilt, pale patterned endpapers, spines slightly discoloured and worn at head and foot, lower board of vol.2 with some soiling, front free endpaper detached in vol.1
