Condition
This work has been lined with a non-wax adhesive. The surface is stable and attractive as a result. The painting reads very strongly under ultraviolet light, but it seems the only retouches are in the roof of the factory in the center to the right of the largest chimney. The work should be hung as is. (This condition report has been provided courtesy of Simon Parkes Art Conservation, Inc.)
