Condition
The painting is in very good condition. The canvas has been strip-lined. There is some light craquelure, particularly to the blue tones of the vase. There are two repairs to the reverse of the canvas: one in the lower center of the vase and another to the upper center, in the yellow flowers. There is some craquelure to the same area of the yellow flowers There are two horizontal stretcher marks in the center of the composition and another along the left stretcher. There is light undulation to the right edge of the canvas. Under UV light: there is no obvious evidence of retouching, the varnish obscures further reading.
