Condition

Executed on cream wove paper. The work is in good condition. The pigment is strong and fresh. Access to the edges of the sheet is limited by the fact it is affixed to a window mat all along the periphery of the recto. There is some surface dirt throughout, most notably in the upper right quadrant. There is what appears to be some minor staining, most notably in the form of an undulating vertical band, not more than 1/2 in. wide running close to the left edge and just visible inside the mat window. There is a further area of light staining approximately 1/2 in. wide along the bottom edge.
