Condition

The work is in very good condition. Canvas is not lined. The colors are rich and vibrant. There are extremely fine lines of craquelure and pigment shrinkage visible, most notably in the black pigments. Under UV, there are some consolidated strokes of retouch in the upper left and lower left corners, some strokes in the white pigments in the lower left quadrant, and in the grey band next to the green pigments in the lower right quadrant.
