Condition

The work is in very good condition. The canvas is not lined. The surface is clean. Under UV light, pigments fluoresce throughout the sky and foreground, and in almost all areas of white pigments; these appear to be original as in both sky and foreground there are in fact a large variety of pigments and the artist appears to have applied a glaze to the whites which is responsible for their fluorescing consistently.
