Condition
Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down and hinged to the overmount in two places along the upper edge. The edges are unevenly cut and the sheet is slightly undulating, consistent with the artist's working process. There is a small tear (approx. 3mm long) to the centre of the upper edge and some creasing to the upper left and right corners. The sheet is slightly time stained and there are some extremely faint spots of foxing around the edges. There is scattered abrasion along the upper edge, probably from previous framing, and some very fine lines of craquelure to the white pigment. This work is in overall good condition.
