Condition
Executed on Kataster paper, not laid down and hinged to the backing board in two places along the upper edge. The upper and right edges are unevenly cut. The sheet is gently undulating and there are a few flattened creases in places. There is a repaired tear, approximately 1.5cm. long, to the upper part of the right edge and a few further tiny nicks in places to the extreme edges. There is a pinhole to the upper part of the left edge and one to the lower part of the right edge; there is another which has been torn slightly to the centre of the extreme upper edge. There are handling marks (possibly studio) around the edges of the sheet and some faint spots of foxing in places. This work is in overall good condition.
