Condition
i) Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down. The sheet is hinged to the mount on the verso of the upper corners. There is some faint flattened creases in the upper right corner and a small nick to the upper part of the right edge. The sheet is very lightly time-stained and there are three spots of foxing on the lower left edge and towards the upper right edge, not visible when framed. This work is in overall very good condition.
ii) Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down. The sheet is hinged to the mount on the verso of the upper corners. The edges are irregular and the left and right edges are folded over with various small nicks and tears which are not visible when framed. The sheet is very lightly time-stained and there are a few scattered spots of foxing and studio dirt. There are three small holes, to the left of the figure's bent leg, to her proper right foot and towards the upper left corner. There is some gentle creasing throughout. This work is in overall good condition.
iii) Executed on very thin cream wove paper, not laid down. The sheet is hinged to the mount on the verso of the upper corners. The sheet is very lightly time-stained and there are a few scattered tiny specks of foxing. There are some minor flattened creases running across the lower left, upper left and upper right corners, and a more prominent crease running parallel to the upper edge. This work is in overall good condition.
iv) Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down. The sheet is hinged to the mount on the verso of the upper corners. The upper edge is slightly uneven. There are small nicks and paper losses to the extreme perimeter, notably along the upper edge, which are not visible when framed. The sheet is lightly time-stained and there are a few spots of foxing in places, notably along the left edge. There are scattered faint handling marks and studio stains, probably original. There are flattened creases in all four corners, notably in the lower left corner. There is a small tear, approximately 2cm. in length, running from the right part of the lower edge. This work is in overall good condition.
