Condition
The canvas is lined. Examination under UV light reveals an area of re-touching to the lower part of the left edge (approx. 2cm. long) and another area (approx. 2 by 2cm.) to the upper right quadrant. There is further fluorescence to the sky which appears to relate to the original pigments used. There is some rubbing along all four edges and two small holes along the right edge. This work is in overall good condition, and would benefit from a light clean.
