Condition
The canvas is not lined and there do not appear to be any signs of retouching visible under UV light. There are a few minor paint losses, most prominently to the centre of the upper edge and the upper left corner. There appear to be tiny deposits of dirt to the sitter’s hair and to the background, and there are a few tiny fly spots to the upper left quadrant. This work is in overall good condition.
