Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down and supported in the frame by the overmount and backing board. The right edge is unevenly cut. The sheet is time stained and there are paper remnants intermittently along the artist's mount from previous mounting, not visible when framed. There is a tear (approx. 1.5cm. long) to the left part of the lower edge of the artist's mount, a smaller tear (approx. 3mm long) to the centre of the upper edge of the artist's mount and a few further small nicks along the extreme right edge. The sheet is slightly undulating with some light studio dirt around the edges of the mount. This work is in overall good condition and might benefit from a clean.
