Condition
The medium is oil on canvas, laid down on Masonite. The work is in good overall condition. There are a few 1-1.5 inch cracks to the paint surface in the upper right, upper left, and just right of center, descending from the top edge of the work, and in the staircase about 3 inches from the left edge. There is a pinhead sized accretion in the center just below the visible edge, what looks to be a beige colored paint. There is some very faint paint separation in the greens, at left. Under UV the two cracks in the upper left and upper center right have been filled in, and the areas surrounding them have been touched up as well. The colors are bright and strong, and the work presents very well.
