Condition
The medium is oil on canvas, painted on both sides, on a linen-lined stretcher. The work has a strip-lining. The work is in good overall condition. There is good impasto retained. There is minor surface dirt, more so on the reverse, and some minor frame rubbing, mostly to the top edge, recto. Under UV there are some areas which fluoresce and appear to be associated with the green pigments and the artist`s technique; there does not appear to be any inpainting. The colors are strong, and the work presents very well.
