Condition

Black crayon on laid paper. The work is in good overall condition. The work is taped to the mat window along the top edge, verso, the upper left corner of the tape is missing. There is a 2.5 inch paper fault in the upper left corner. The sheet has retained its original deckle, the bottom edge is not even. The paper includes some darker fibers which appear as brown spots. There are two very faint pinhead size holes, one in the figure's apron, and one about 2 inches from the right visible edge in the mat window. There is some mild light and mat staining, and faint undulation to the sheet. The crayon is strong, and the work presents well.
