Condition

Overall in very good condition. When viewed in person, the glaze presents a highly detailed surface with blues, greens, aubergines and whites. The work has been examined under blue light and shows no evidence of a prior restoration. The glaze with a few minor air bubbles and minor irregularities inherent in the making and not visually distracting. The surfaces with occasional shallow scratches consistent with gentle handling. A very delicate work by Dalpayrat, epitomizing its naturalist inspiration.
