worked in the form of a boy clambering on a large pomegranate borne on gnarled leafy branches, the fruit naturalistically carved with bursting seeds, the boy with a cheerful expression and hair tied into two twin-knots, the polished stone of an even pale celadon tone, wood stand

Condition
The group is in excellent condition with the exception of minor nibbling along the extremities. The stone is of a warmer celadon tone compared to the catalogue illustration.
