of classic domed 'taibai zun' form, the tapering sides rising to a rounded shoulder and a short waisted neck below a lipped mouthrim, the sides faintly incised with three stylised archaistic dragon roundels and applied with a beige-pink glaze mottled with raspberry-tinged flecks imitating the skin of a ripening peach, the neck with a mushroom-beige concentration, the countersunk base inscribed with an underglaze-blue six-character mark in three columns

Condition

There is a small restored C-shaped chip of approx. 1.1 cm to the mouth. There are otherwise just some minor firing imperfections and light surface scratches.
