Comprising: a carved coral necklace decorated with Bacchanalian motifs, length approximately 440mm; a bracelet with lion and floral motifs, length approximately 170mm, some coral segments deficient; a bracelet of torque design with a serpent motif, length approximately 220mm; a brooch designed as a goat's head with suspended grape vine charms; a pair of earrings with head and carved tassels, hook fittings, fitted tooled leather case.
Condition
Coral of dark orange, typical characteristics, light abrasions consistent with wear.
Necklace: secure, scratches and small chips consistent with age and wear.
Bracelet torque design: damage to the tail, and blemishes and further damage to the eye area.
Bracelet: missing segment from the centre of the bracelet, would benefit from a jeweller's attention, piece is with the bracelet, secure clasp, scratches and small chips consistent with age and wear.
Brooch: secure clasp, scratches and small chips consistent with age and wear.
Earrings: hook fittings, secure, scratches and small chips consistent with age and wear.
In good condition considering age. Accompanied by tooled leather fitted case.
