註：一九四九年後，踏入新社會，胡也佛因應創作環境，筆下題材亦隨之改變。他取名「胡丁文」，開始參與連環畫創作，與張令濤合作尤多，張氏構思設計鉛筆底稿，他則畫墨稿勾綫條，作品多取材自〈紅樓夢〉。一九五八年，出任朵雲軒編輯出版部勾描組組長，本幅即是時所出。
