of square section, the spreading foot rising to a baluster body, waisted neck and flared rim, carved in shallow relief with taotie, below ascending leaves at the neck and descending leaves above the foot, with vertical flanges to the corners and centre of each face, the stone of a deep spinach-green tone with darker and lighter green mottling, wood stand

Condition
There are two areas to one corner of the stepped foot which have had chips re-polished (1cm by 4mm at widest point and 7mm by 4mm at widest point). There are some flaws running through the foot.
