Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter more vibrant in the original. The catalogue illustration also fails to fully convey the rich texture of the impasto visible in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There is evidence of very minor wear to the extreme corner tips. Extremely close inspection reveals a few very light and superficial dust fibres on top of some of the thicker areas of impasto. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
