Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the pink, yellow and dark green are deeper and richer and the light green and blues are brighter and more vibrant in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Extremely close inspection reveals some light wear to the corner tips, and a hairline tension crack running intermittently along the extreme outer edges. Further close inspection reveals a small number of pin prick sized specks of surface loss in isolated places on the extreme outer edges. Extremely close inspection reveals a minute and unobtrusive puncture to the upper right corner, and a speck of surface loss to the upper half of the yellow glass which appears to have been consolidated. Further inspection under ultraviolet light reveals a few small spots of fluorescence, which do not appear to be restoration.
