Description

each painted in the center with scattered sprays of flowers, the rim molded with basketwork and decorated with a gilt-dashed blue line border, interlaced L's in blue, all but two with date letters I for 1762, one with date letter Z for 1777, most with painter's marks for Le Bel le jeune, Edme-François Bouillat, Léopold Weydinger, Louis-François L'Écot, Guillaume Noël or Mathieu Fouré.

Condition

Some overall minor scratching to the enamels, consistent with use and some very minor wear to gilding. Four plates, each with an approximate 1 or 1 1/2-inch restored rimchip. Another plate with two restored rim chips, measuring approximately 2 inches. One plate with a small rim chip. Another with a small rim chip and two restored rim chips, measuring approximately 1 inch long. One plate with a short haircrack running down the rim and another with an extended haircrack running down the rim to the center and forking in two directions.
