the oval case enameled on front and back with yellow and orange irises on a white ground bisected at the lower corner with a decorative band, all within a band of stylized geometric ornament in shades of celadon, white, and navy in cloisonné, 84 standard

one chip to white base enamel, not through to metal, interior missing fittings to hold cigarettes, small chip to the green stone and also some nicks to the hinge
