These are of pleasing scale and attractive. The surface appears original to the coopered side, however there is evidence of age and use and the associated wear from this is throughout and the usual chips, old marks and scratches. The mahogany surface with evidence of heat and losses to polish. There is residual brass polish throughout and this has in places effected the finish. The coopered sides are slightly loose although stable due to the brass bindings. Overall a decent pair in unrestored condition. Liners possibly later and again with much evidence of use, with dents and prangs etc.
